Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC solutions to ensure effective risk management, compliance processes, and governance frameworks. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to assess risks, improve compliance processes, and enhance overall governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment & Management:
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning processes.
  • Monitor and report on risk status, and develop strategies to address identified risks.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through comprehensive monitoring and reporting.
  • Audit Management:
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of findings.
  • Implement audit processes and track action items through the ServiceNow platform.
  • User Training & Support:
  • Provide training and support to users on GRC processes, policies, and the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop documentation and user manuals to assist staff in utilizing the GRC application effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with ServiceNow GRC releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the GRC framework.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in implementing and managing GRC functionalities.
  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules and their integration with other ServiceNow applications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
