Job Summary: P99soft is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of professional software development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on Service Cloud, with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, Jobs, and Salesforce Lightning Framework. Salesforce Developer certification is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows, triggers, and custom objects to meet business requirements.
- Work on Service Cloud implementations, customizing and extending its functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the Salesforce ecosystem and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Salesforce.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, Jobs, and Salesforce Lightning Framework.
- Salesforce Developer certification is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
