Position Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to account management. Your ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and build trust will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
· Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new hires.
· Resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
· Manage multiple client accounts effectively.
· Travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in [Relevant software, e.g., CRM systems, ATS, Microsoft Office].
· Willingness to travel as required.
